Rubens Bertogliati
Sports Director
Former professional rider for 13 seasons with some great successes behind him including a stage at the Tour de France and wearing the yellow jersey. He later became a sports director and coach at IAM Cycling and UAE Team Emirates as well as the national coach of the Swiss Cycling Federation.
He knows cycling and sports in a capillary way and has been able to accompany several runners to success in the various years as coach and sports director. In recent years he has taken the role of Team Manager for the UAE Team ADQ women’s cycling team and also completed a course of economic studies with a Master in Business Administration.
Also he is locally active with the Ticino Cycling Federation, he was the promoter of the regional training centre, the magazine inBicicletta and the first national road race of the Swiss season GP Ticino.
Luca Gandolfi
Attorney at law
Swiss qualified lawyer with a passion for commercial law, contract law, tax law, administrative law and litigation.
With a long and varied experience of more than thirty years in civil litigation, civil liability and national and international arbitrations.
For many years, he has been advising and managing civil and administrative cases in favor of foreign clients who wish to establish themselves in Switzerland through their business activities or simply as residents.
Mr. Gandolfi is also a member of the Committee and head of the legal department of the largest women’s volleyball club in Switzerland.
Sara Messina
Attorney at law
Italian qualifies lawyer, registered with the Bar of Como, deals with sports law.
Provides legal advice to athletes, clubs, agents and brands, assisting them in both out-of-court and out-of-court proceedings at the Sports Courts and Arbitration Colleges.
Graduated to UEFA Academy in Football Law Programme - V edition
She is author of important national and international publications on legal-sports topics and speaker at many national and international sport conferences. Italian mother tongue, she even speaks English and Spanish.
Andrea Melocchi
Attorney at law
Sports lawyer with a focus on the football and cycling sector, having provided legal advice to players and riders as well as professional clubs and cycling teams.
In the field of football, he has managed several international transfers of players from Switzerland to Europe and South America while in cycling he worked closely with former ex Italian world champion Mr. Giuseppe Saronni.
Mr Melocchi was also the lawyer of the Italian professional cycling team called Lampre-Merida and now works in collaboration with the UAE Emirates team in Dubai. Also active in the women’s cycling sector, advising professional female riders and women’s teams.
Giuseppe Napoleone

Lawyer at the Court of Cassation, he has been active for over 30 years in the field of sports law, criminal law, civil law and extrajudicial law, as well as corporate consulting.
Currently he is a permanent member of the Sports Law Commission of the Bar of Latina. He has followed and follows both athletes and sports clubs in the proceedings before the sports justice bodies (PNA - TNA – TAS/CAS).
He has participated as a rapporteur in several conferences on the subject of doping.
He was a teacher of criminal law in the training courses for office lawyers at the Penal Chamber of Latina.
The lawyer is also one of the founders of the Center for Studies in Law and Sports Medicine.
